Our Stand, at 1200 Hebron Ave. Glastonbury opened for the 2020 season on Friday May 22.
We are starting slow and hoping to add more items as the week progresses and the strawberries get closer to being ripe.
Featured products are our own fresh-picked asparagus, berry flavored cream cheeses, humus, Farmer’s Cow milk products and a wide selection of salsas and dressings.
Herbs and hanging plants are also available and more will be added as the weather heats up.
At our main farm, 295 Matson Hill Rd S. Glastonbury, we look forward to Breakfast-with-a-view starting on June 14,2020. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we will be trying a new approach this year with all orders. Instead of waitress service, all orders will be placed at the window and served in take-out containers. Picnic tables will be available on both decks plus other areas around the farm.
Pick-your-own strawberries will only be at our Stand location. It looks like that will not be until the second week of June but please check our Facebook/Instagram feed for more information or call 860-633-7467
.
We are sure we will need to fine tune things once we get started, so please be patient. This is new to all of us.
We look forward to another great year of keeping CT green and growing.
